It is completely against this ethical guidelines and statutory obligations to assist or encourage the obtaining of illicit materials. Providing any form of help for such activities is unacceptable and breaches both my internal code and existing regulations. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to:

- Offering details on how to obtain such goods.
